How to Build Your Own Supplement Stack – A Beginner’s Guide
Written by Niels Luka, Founder of NÓNE
Supplement stacks don’t need to be complicated — but they do need to be intentional. If you mix products without knowing how they work together, you risk wasting money or getting no results at all. Here’s how to build a stack that actually works.
1. Define Your Goal First
Are you looking for better focus, more energy, faster recovery, or all three? Your goal determines your stack. For example:
-
Focus: Lion’s Mane + L-Theanine
-
Energy: Cordyceps + Shilajit
-
Recovery: Reishi + Magnesium
2. Limit the Number of Products
More is not better. Start with 2–3 key products. This makes it easier to track results and avoid ingredient overlap.
3. Know the Science Behind Each Ingredient
Before adding anything to your stack, make sure it has credible research behind it. At NÓNE, we only use clean, standardized extracts tested at the source — so you know exactly what you’re taking.

4. Time Your Doses
Some supplements work best in the morning (Cordyceps for energy), while others are better in the evening (Reishi for recovery). Timing matters as much as the ingredients themselves.
5. Track, Adjust, and Simplify
Give your stack 4–8 weeks before making changes. Keep notes on how you feel and adjust based on results, not impulse.
Bottom line: A good stack is simple, goal-driven, and built on proven synergy — not hype. Start small, stay consistent, and refine as you go.
