We believe in pure supplements and clear terms. This document describes your rights and obligations when shopping with us. It is intentionally written to be clear, fair, and protective – for both sides.

These terms apply to all purchases made outside of Germany and the Netherlands. Localized versions apply to those countries.

2. Placing an Order

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are purchasing for personal use and not for resale (unless agreed upon in writing).
• You are legally authorized to receive and use dietary supplements in your country.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if they violate our terms or appear fraudulent.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in Euro (€) unless otherwise noted. We accept secure payment methods, including major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed immediately at checkout. We never store your payment details.

4. Shipping

All products are shipped from our certified warehouse in China.

• Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
• Free shipping for orders over €100.
• For orders under €100, shipping costs apply and are calculated at checkout.
• Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply. These are your responsibility.

We do our best to minimize customs issues, but we cannot guarantee that your country will not impose fees or cause delays. For more info, see our [Shipping & Returns] page.

5. Returns & Refunds

60-Day "Feel It Guarantee"

If you use the product consistently for 60 days and feel no benefit, you can request a refund.
Requirements:

• Contact us within 7 days after the 60-day period expires.
• Email care@nonesupplements.com with your order number and feedback.
• We may ask for additional details or feedback.
• Limit: One refund per product per customer. Refunds may be refused if the product was not used as directed.

Changed your mind?

You can return unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery.

• Email us to request a return.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• The refund will be issued once we have received and inspected the item.
• Opened or used products can only be returned under the "Feel It Guarantee."

6. Product Notice & Medical Disclaimer

Our supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

• They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Always consult your doctor before taking a supplement – especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a pre-existing condition.
• Use our products responsibly and as directed. Results vary from person to person.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pand Apparel B.V. and NÓNE are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Health issues resulting from improper use of our products.
• Delays or losses caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure.
  Our total liability for claims related to a purchase shall never exceed the amount actually paid for the product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, product names, packaging, branding, and text, is the property of Pand Apparel B.V. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

9. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to order from NÓNE. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, wars, customs delays, or major supply chain disruptions.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Dutch law. All disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on our website. By continuing to use our website or placing an order, you accept these changes.
