We believe in clean supplements and clean terms. This document outlines your rights and responsibilities when shopping with us. It’s written to be clear, fair, and protective, for both of us.

These Terms apply to all purchases made outside of Germany and the Netherlands. For those countries, localized versions apply.

2. Placing an Order

By placing an order, you agree that:

• You are purchasing for personal use, not resale (unless agreed otherwise in writing)
  
  
• You are legally allowed to receive and use dietary supplements in your country
  
  

We reserve the right to cancel any order if it violates our terms or appears fraudulent.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise.
We accept secure payment methods including major credit cards and PayPal.
Payment is processed immediately upon checkout. We never store your payment data.

4. Shipping

All products ship from our certified warehouse in China.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

• Orders under €100 will be charged shipping at checkout
  
  
• Customs, import duties, or handling fees may apply. These are your responsibility.
  
  

We do our best to minimize customs issues, but we cannot guarantee your country won’t apply charges or delays.

5. Returns & Refunds

60-Day “Feel It Guarantee”

If you use the product consistently for 60 days and don’t feel any benefit, you can request a refund.
To qualify:

• Contact us within 7 days after the 60-day period ends
  
  
• Email care@nonesupplements.com with your order number and experience
  
  
• We may ask for additional details or feedback
  
  

One refund per product per customer. We may refuse refunds if the product wasn’t used as directed.

Changed your mind?

You may return unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery.

• Return shipping is at your own cost
  
  
• Refund is issued once we’ve received and inspected the item
  
  

Opened or used products cannot be returned unless part of the Feel It Guarantee.

6. Product Use & Medical Disclaimer

Our supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult your doctor before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

Use our products responsibly and as directed. Results vary from person to person.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pand Apparel B.V. and NÓNE shall not be held liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  
  
• Health issues arising from improper use of our products
  
  
• Delays or losses caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events
  
  

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall never exceed the amount paid for the product.

All content on this website, including visuals, product names, packaging, branding, and copy  is owned by Pand Apparel B.V. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our content without written permission.

9. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to order from NÓNE.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, wars, customs delays, or major supply chain disruptions.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
