We keep things radically simple, including our shipping and returns. Here’s everything you need to know.
Shipping
Where we ship from
All orders are shipped from our certified warehouse in China. This allows us to serve customers worldwide quickly and efficiently.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery: 5 to 10 business days, depending on where you live.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on all orders over €100.
- For orders under €100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Customs & duties
Some countries may charge import duties or local fees. These are your responsibility. We do our best to minimize them, but we can’t guarantee zero charges.
Delays
We work with reliable shipping partners, but sometimes things happen. Customs checks, weather, or local disruptions may cause delays. If something seems off, just email us. We’ll help.
Returns & Our 60-Day Feel It Guarantee
We don’t believe in “maybe it works.”
That’s why we offer our 60-day “Feel It Guarantee”.
If you’ve taken the product consistently for 60 days and didn’t feel any noticeable benefit, email us within 7 days after those 60 days. We’ll refund your order, no hoops, no hassle.
How it works:
- Use the product daily for 60 days.
- Email care@nonesupplements.com within 7 days after the 60-day period ends.
- Tell us what you experienced, we listen.
- If it didn’t work for you, we’ll offer a full refund or store credit.
You don’t need to return the product unless we specifically request it.
We trust you. But to keep it fair, we don’t offer refunds if:
- You email us before completing 60 days of consistent use.
- You contact us more than 7 days after the 60-day period ends.
- The product was used inconsistently or not as directed.
- You’ve already claimed a refund for the same product before.
Changed Your Mind? You Have 14 Days.
If you simply changed your mind or no longer want the product, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order, only if the product is unopened and sealed.
Here’s how:
- Email care@nonesupplements.com with your order number and reason.
- Send the product back to the return address we provide (at your own cost).
- Once we receive and check the product, we’ll issue your refund.
We can’t accept returns of opened products for hygiene and safety reasons, unless you’re using our Feel It Guarantee.
