We keep things radically simple – even when it comes to shipping and returns. Here is everything you need to know.

Shipping

Where we ship from

All orders are shipped from our certified warehouse in China. This allows us to supply customers worldwide quickly and efficiently.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a tracking link.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders over €100.
  • For orders under €100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times by Country

Below are the estimated delivery times. Generally, delivery is faster depending on local carriers and customs processing. Subscription orders are always delivered on time.

  • USA: 7–18 business days (Islands: 9–18)
  • UK / Germany / France / Spain / Netherlands: 7–12 business days
  • Italy / Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Australia: 8–15 business days (Regional: 9–16)
  • Rest of Europe (e.g., Austria, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, etc.): 8–15 business days
  • UAE: 7–12 business days
  • Saudi Arabia / New Zealand / Mexico / Norway / Switzerland: 8–15 business days
  • Cyprus / Malta: 10–15 business days

Customs & Duties

Some countries impose import duties or local fees. These are your responsibility. We do our best to minimize them but cannot guarantee a complete exemption from fees.

Delays

We work with reliable shipping partners, but sometimes things happen. Customs inspections, weather, or local disruptions can lead to delays. If something seems unusual, just write to us – we’re here to help.

Returns & Our 60-Day "Feel It Guarantee"

We don’t believe in "maybe it works." That’s why we offer our 60-Day "Feel It Guarantee."

If you have taken the product consistently for 60 days and didn't experience a noticeable benefit, write to us within 7 days after the 60-day period ends. We will refund your order – no hurdles, no stress.

How it works:

  1. Use the product daily for 60 days.
  2. Send us an email at care@nonesupplements.com within 7 days after the 60-day period has expired.
  3. Share your experience with us – we’re listening.
  4. If it didn't work for you, you’ll receive a full refund or store credit.
  5. You do not need to send the product back unless we explicitly ask you to.

To keep it fair, no refunds will be given if:

  • You contact us before the 60 days are up.
  • You contact us more than 7 days after the 60-day period.
  • The product was used irregularly or not as directed.
  • You have already requested a refund for the same product before.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days.

If you simply changed your mind, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt – but only if it is unopened and sealed.

How to do it:

  1. Email care@nonesupplements.com with your order number and reason.
  2. Return the product to the address provided by us (at your own expense).
  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a refund.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned except under our Feel It Guarantee.
